A beautiful and tasteful hotel.
The breakfast left nothing to be desired and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my pillow (I always take it with me when I stay overnight) at the hotel. It was promptly sent to my home. I would book this hotel again at any time and can recommend it to everyone.

We had reserved two rooms for the weekend to visit the open-air theater in Thecklenburg. My son's car broke down on the way there and he couldn't travel. The hotel canceled one room without any problem, even though they didn't have to do that. THAT is what I call great service!!! Otherwise, the hotel is cozy and also offers a good breakfast. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. We'd love to come back.

Above all, very nice and empathetic service. The innkeeper waited for me with warm meals while my shunting work was delayed... Even though the taxi came much later than ordered, they didn't say a word. The food was brought to my room, which I also found very nice. Unfortunately in Germany the term “customer service” is a TOTAL disaster. It's very rare to meet people like you do here. Absolutely to be recommended.
